  • Responsible for VMware Software overall sales revenue.
  • Recruit new partners to create more sales opportunities.
  • To manage and help co-ordinate VMware Software MDF activities and partner enablement with our focus partners.
  • Plan detail business plan without Disti Focus Partners and BPM from principle, make sure them achieved quota set.
  • Assisting Product Manager and Sales Team on cooking bigger deal size.
  • Help cross sell other products.
  • Perform other roles as assigned by the higher management.


  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration/Information Technology or other relevant field.
  • Experience in IT distribution on managing product and channel business development.
  • Possess sales & channel partner development, marketing planning and execution.
  • Hardworking, responsive, willing to learn and proactive.
